Autumn Produce at the Market

Published 4 March 2023

Forage for mushrooms at the market

The mighty mushroom is on the menu this Autumn, we ask is there anything a 'shroom can't do?

Packed with fibre, vitamins, and minerals as well as being fat-free, low-sodium, low in calories and cholesterol, mushrooms are cheaper than meat and can be used to make a rich Ragu with Polenta, a Risotto or even a Mushroom Wellington that are hearty and satisfying.

You'll find all the mushroom varieties of your heart's desire here at the Market from Chesnut, Oyster, Swiss, Button, Shitake, Portabello and even the Enoki.

Also arriving soon will be new season mandarins and apples. There's still stone fruit and sweet cantaloupes available and delicious pears and a $20 Hokuto apple in its own box we can't wait to bite into!
