At Lard Ass Butter, great butter starts with great dairy. Founded by a dairy farmer's daughter from Western Victoria, Lard Ass Butter was inspired by a childhood spent on the family farm, surrounded by fresh milk, churned butter and a strong connection to locally grown food. Drawing on Italian family traditions and a passion for simple, quality ingredients, Lard Ass Butter is dedicated to bringing back the rich flavour and goodness of real butter.
Throughout the session, a traditional hand butter churn will be in action, giving you the opportunity to see butter being made and experience the process firsthand.
