Burrata Festival

Cheese lovers, save the date! Australia’s very first Burrata Festival is landing at South Melbourne Market on Thursday 30 October, transforming the rooftop car park into a celebration of Italy’s most decadent and popular cheese.

Hosted by That's Amore Cheese, this vibrant festival will be filled with food vendors dishing up mouth-watering burrata creations. Discover and taste artisanal products and be inspired by live cooking demonstrations from passionate chefs in the Smeg Kitchen, including Alejandro Saravia from Farmer's Daughters and Luca and Marco from Super Norma.

Enjoy plenty of entertainment with live music, roving entertainers, and an Italian Disco DJ set to keep the energy high well into the night.
