Market Explorers 2.0 is here, with brand new questions, clues and seasonal club rewards for kids! Plus, we've launched lil' Market Explorers, tailored for youngsters aged 5 - 7 so they can be part of the fun too.
Where kids set off on a fun scavenger hunt around the Market, discovering their favourite foods, learning about sustainability, and meeting our friendly traders who will share clues along the way.
Along the way you’ll get to meet our friendly traders and learn lots of cool things about the Market and the food you eat.

How does it work?
- Pick up a clue sheet at the Market Office in Centre Aisle.
- Carefully read each of the clues.
- To answer the questions, you will have to find the right stall. Sometimes there will be one specific trader you need to find, for other questions you can choose your favourite.
- On the back of the map you will find the traders grouped together by the kinds of things they sell. Find a trader in the category and look at the coordinate (a coloured letter and a number). On the top and bottom of the map you will find the numbers, and on the sides, the letters. Follow the line down from the number and across from the letter – where they join is where the trader is! This can be tricky but a grown up can help.
- Once you have solved all the clues, bring your answer sheet to the Market office to receive your Market Explorer Licence and get added to the Hall of Fame.
Market Explorers Club Card Rewards
Market Explorer Club members receive a special club reward at the start of each new season (summer, autumn, winter and spring). Bring your card to the Market Office to collect your reward.

Terms and Conditions
- Designed for children aged 6 – 12. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian while undertaking the activity.
- Membership cards are valid for 12 months.
- Lost or stolen membership cards cannot be replaced.
- Membership rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Club membership rewards are limited. The Market reserves the right change the seasonal reward or pause the program should participation numbers exceed the limit.
