Chalk & Cheese have been designing and making in Melbourne for 20 years. They design small capsule ranges rather than seasonal ranges in natural materials and love working with various body shapes - as women get older they tend to change shape and they like to work with this in mind.

A woman doesn’t have to squeeze into small fitting clothes or wear big baggy sacks either! Their styles are timeless, tailored and make women feel great about themselves using organic linen and wool to create the ranges. Chalk & Cheese also work with basket makers of Victoria to transform fabric offcuts into unique jewellery pieces. In addition, remaining remnants are repurposed into thoughtfully designed clothing and blankets, ensuring that materials are fully utilised and given new life through creative, zero-waste practices.
