Roast Chicken with Lemon and Rosemary

I prefer less prep, simple, clean and organic with no artificial additives. 


  • 1x organic whole chicken
  • Sea salt
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh Rosemary 
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 Dutch cream potatoes
  • 8 Brussel sprouts


Heat the oven to 190C.

Clean the chicken then place in a large oven tray. Dress it in oil, salt, rosemary and lemon.

Wash the potatoes and cut in wafers then add to tray and put in the oven for approximately 45 minutes then add the brussel sprouts.

Cook for another 45 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with a green salad.
