SO:ME Space is an innovative retail concept designed to support emerging and established brands, offering a flexible environment to grow, experiment and connect with new audiences. During this period, visitors can engage with a diverse group of First Nations creatives whose work reflects culture, storytelling and contemporary practice.
NAIDOC Week remains a key moment within this program, providing an opportunity for all Australians to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and to connect with the world’s oldest continuing cultures.
Key of Life (10 June – 19 July)
Narrm-based brand Key of Life creates small-batch fragrances and body care inspired by Noongar and Egyptian heritage. Each product draws on ancient scent traditions and cultural knowledge, offering modern self-care rituals grounded in authenticity, care and connection to lineage.
Marbeangrook Designs (17 June – 5 July)
Marbeangrook Designs is an Aboriginal-owned family business producing handcrafted accessories that blend traditional and contemporary design. Rooted in Wurundjeri Woiwurrung culture, the range celebrates storytelling through locally made pieces that honour Country and community.
Loco for Cocoa (24 June – 29 August)
Loco for Cocoa is a 100% Indigenous-owned chocolate brand creating premium, handcrafted products with a playful edge. With a background in pastry and years of experience, the brand delivers high-quality chocolates that blend creativity, skill and a passion for indulgent treats.
N’Dene Riley Art (1 July – 12 July)
N’Dene Riley is a contemporary Aboriginal artist and educator whose work reflects connection to Country, culture and lived experience. Through art, workshops and community engagement, N’Dene shares stories and knowledge, supporting cultural understanding and continuity for future generations.

A live book signing with writer Jodi Toering on Sunday 12 July, 10-11am. Jodi is the co-author of the CBCA notable title Rain on the Rock, created in collaboration with Aṉangu artist Valerie Brumby. The book celebrates the life-giving rains of Uluṟu–Kata Tjuṯa.
