Cooking demonstration with Marco Salzano & Luca Muscato (Super Norma)
Join us at South Melbourne Market for a live cooking demonstration celebrating fresh, Aussie‑grown Kanzi apples and the flavours of Italian cooking. Hosted by A Better Choice!, this special event brings together acclaimed chefs Marco Salzano and Luca Muscato from Super Norma (Carlton) for a morning of food inspiration, tastings and storytelling.
Throughout the demonstration, Marco and Luca will showcase two seasonal dishes using crisp, sweet‑tangy Kanzi apples. Known for their dense flesh, natural sweetness and tang, Kanzi apples are perfect for both sweet and savoury cooking — and ideal for snacking, salads and grazing boards.
Visitors can watch the chefs cook live, sample the featured dishes, receive tokens, and learn more about selecting, storing and cooking with Kanzi apples. There will also be filming around the Market with traders, highlighting the connection between local growers, suppliers and great food.
