BBQ Conditions

The BBQ is for community organisations and not for profit organisations located within the City of Port Phillip. 

The Fundraisers BBQ's are to held on Saturday or Sunday's during the MArket trading hours.

Price - $100, non-refundable on booking, payable by either by credit card, cheque, cash and EFTPOS (at the Market Office)

Cleaning – The BBQ must be cleaned after use, Market Office Staff can provide products and equipment for this.

Set up – BBQ organisers need to check in with the Market Office 30 minutes before BBQ commencement, the BBQ will be set up at that time in Cecil Street, in front of Stall 90.

Food Act- BBQ organisers need to follow the Guide for temporary food stalls(BBQ, cakes stalls, other food stalls provides information on how to prepare and sell safe food at these stalls. Complete the application form contained in these guidelines and submit to the Health Services Unit for approval prior to the stall (see link below).
